Citizen Cape is the second segment of the 6th episode in season 1 of Harvey Street Kids.

Dot starts a business designing and selling capes to raise money to fix up the Harvey Kids' rundown park.

A game called "capture the flag" has been getting intended that Lotta can't find the captured flag. When she found it, a skeleton was getting a runny nose. The Bloogey Boys have watermelon water under it. Dot would recognize that she has a perfect capture the flag plan, because lots of water equals bathroom breaks! They are going to wait, which is Audrey's one weakness. She isn't at the sit still position.

But Dot had the idea of a new wardrobe! Capers would've been a tremendous new outfit. They didn't have to spend the last 37 minutes to perfect it, too. To work their butts off.

At the park, the girls have the sinkhole fixed. Dot glances around, the slide is too slow, the drinking fountain too fast, a raccoon wants a makeover. Dot wants to make it perfected by a 50mph slide, a watermelon water fountain, and the animal is the red panda! In her imagination, fireworks are set off, and the things mentioned appear.

  • The title of this episode is a reference to the 1941 film, Citizen Kane.
  • Dot somewhat had a antagonist role in the episode making this where a Harvey girl plays a antagonist role in a episode.
